Terms and Conditions

Talford Realty University is committed to providing real estate education in accordance with the requirements set forth by the South Carolina Real Estate Commission. All courses offered, including Pre-Licensing, Post-Licensing, and Continuing Education, are designed to meet state education standards where applicable.

Completion of a pre-licensing course does not guarantee passage of the South Carolina real estate licensing examination, nor does it guarantee licensure or employment in the real estate industry. Students must meet all additional requirements established by the South Carolina Real Estate Commission, including application approval and examination requirements.

Post-licensing and continuing education courses are intended to satisfy state-mandated education requirements for active licensees. It is the responsibility of each licensee to ensure timely completion of required coursework in accordance with their individual license renewal deadlines.

Talford Realty University does not guarantee income, business success, or real estate transaction outcomes. Success in real estate is dependent upon individual effort, market conditions, and business practices.
